Triomphe is a 46-storey luxury residential tower positioned at the architectural gateway to Brentwood in Burnaby, delivering 340 homes across one, two, and three-bedroom suites and townhomes ranging from 482 to 2,138 square feet. The building's strong contemporary silhouette makes it a defining landmark on the Burnaby skyline, anchored at its base by a standalone amenity pavilion featuring a dramatic cantilevered facade and waterfall feature. Built to green sustainable standards with a high-performance thermal envelope, Triomphe sets a high bar for both design ambition and environmental responsibility.
