1188 Bidwell

Bidwell is a 22-storey mixed-use development in Vancouver's West End, delivering 108 market rental homes and 4,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial retail space above four levels of underground parking. The project was developed under the West End Community Plan, contributing much-needed rental housing to one of Vancouver's most densely populated and sought-after neighbourhoods.

At 102,726 square feet, Bidwell is a tightly executed project that required careful coordination within the constraints of a dense urban site. Completed in 2020, it reflects Urban One's ability to deliver high-quality rental housing that responds to community need and fits seamlessly into the fabric of an established neighbourhood.
