Étoile is a twin-tower residential development in Burnaby delivering 398 homes across a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom suites and three-level townhomes ranging from 569 to 1,818 square feet. The south tower rises 32 storeys and the north tower 26, together comprising 374,000 square feet of residential space above five levels of below-grade parking. Shared amenities include a rooftop outdoor pool, hot tub, and lounge area with sweeping city views, creating a sense of resort-style living within an urban setting.

Coordinating two towers of different heights and programs simultaneously, while delivering a high-end amenity package and a varied suite mix to completion in 2021, required precise scheduling and trade coordination across the full duration of the project.
