Tate Downtown

Tate Downtown is a 40-storey luxury residential tower in the heart of Vancouver, delivering 353 suites across 289,000 square feet with an amenity program that sets it apart from a typical downtown high-rise. Residents have access to a Hollywood-style private theatre, chef's kitchen and dining area, conference and meeting rooms, fitness centre, large garden terrace, and artist studio workshops. The building's distinctive curvilinear form brings a sense of energy and movement to the skyline, blending modern sophistication with sustainable West Coast living. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.

Constructing a building of this architectural complexity in a dense downtown environment required careful management of the curvilinear structure, four levels of below-grade parking, and a high-end amenity fit-out delivered to luxury standards throughout.
