Broadview Village

Broadview Village is a six-storey mixed-use development at 3839 Canada Way in Burnaby, forming the first phase of the larger Cascade/Broadview Heights Master Plan. The project delivers 171 market, non-market rental, and strata homes above ground-floor commercial space, across 160,000 square feet on the north side of Canada Way. Situated at the gateway to Burnaby where Canada Way meets Boundary Road, the development is part of a long-term vision to bring a diverse mix of residents, businesses, and services to a transforming corridor.

Currently under construction and scheduled for completion in April 2028, Broadview Village reflects Urban One's ability to execute on complex phased delivery within a master planned community context, setting the foundation for the broader district taking shape around it.
