Park West

Park West is a landmark mixed-use development at the northeast corner of Marine Drive and Capilano Road in North Vancouver, comprising two residential towers of 23 and 19 storeys, 258 suites, and over 300,000 square feet of total floor area. The development goes beyond a typical tower project, incorporating three-storey townhouse units, a restaurant, 13,000 square feet of commercial space across a standalone two-storey building, creating a layered community that activates the streetscape at multiple scales.

Delivering a project of this complexity on one of North Vancouver's most prominent intersections required careful coordination across multiple building types, tenant programs, and a 477-stall parkade, all within a single cohesive development. Completed in 2022, Park West stands as one of the most substantial mixed-use projects Urban One has delivered on the North Shore.
