Foster Martin
Seaside living with spectacular views
Foster Martin
Foster Martin is a three-tower mixed-use development in White Rock, set to become the tallest structure in the city upon completion. The project occupies the last undeveloped parcel of land in White Rock and delivers a substantial amenity program including a 10,000 square foot health club with a 75-foot indoor and outdoor pool, fitness studio, business lounge, and communal recreational space. A large public plaza anchors the southwest corner of the site, featuring tiered steps leading to a reflection pool. The development is being delivered in two phases, with the first two towers and full four-level underground parkade structure comprising Phase I.
Urban One managed the construction process across a complex multi-tower program, ensuring schedule adherence, quality standards, and design integrity throughout. A standout contribution was a collaborative value engineering effort with the mechanical contractor that transitioned the mechanical system from a four-pipe fan coil to a VRF system, delivering approximately $800,000 in cost savings. The mechanical contractor also provided design-assist services as part of their scope, a model of early trade collaboration that reflects the One Team approach Urban One brings to every project.
