E15

E15 is a four-storey wood frame building on a concrete podium in Vancouver, delivering 49 homes ranging from streetside studios to courtyard townhomes with one to three bedrooms. The development is anchored by an exceptional communal courtyard that sets it apart from a typical mid-rise rental building, featuring hammocks, outdoor BBQ and dining, lawn games, a gas fire pit, a yoga and meditation lawn, an outdoor movie space, a community garden, and a bike repair station.

Completed in 2023, the 41,319 square foot project demonstrates that thoughtful design and a strong sense of community can be achieved at any scale. E15 reflects Urban One's ability to deliver wood frame residential projects that prioritize liveability and neighbourhood connection from the ground up.
