Second + Main is a 12-storey concrete and glass mixed-use development in South False Creek, delivering 263 residential suites, ground-floor commercial space, and an affordable housing component for the City of Vancouver. The project presented significant construction complexity, including a dense urban site and an ambitious architectural program defined by stair-step setbacks, green roofs, and a landscaped public plaza connecting the building to the street. Delivering that level of ambition on budget and on schedule required precise coordination across every phase of construction.
