Chloe

Chloe is a five-storey high-end concrete residential building in the heart of Kerrisdale, delivering 46 suites across 75,000 square feet above a vibrant ground-floor commercial level anchored by a 3,000 square foot restaurant. Residential suites occupy levels two through four, while fourth-floor units enjoy private rooftop terraces with internal stair access. A public outdoor space at the northeast corner of the roof, accessible by both elevator and stairs, adds a community-facing amenity that animates the building's relationship to the neighbourhood.

Completed in 2024, Chloe is a project that balances commercial, residential, and public programming within a refined concrete structure, with two levels of below-grade parking and a high standard of finish throughout. It reflects Urban One's ability to deliver boutique mid-rise projects in established Vancouver neighbourhoods with precision and care.
