Little Mountain

Little Mountain is a five-storey seniors residential building in Vancouver, delivering 53 one and two-bedroom homes designed specifically for older adults. Developed for BC Housing as Phase 1 of the Little Mountain redevelopment, the building includes 41 adaptable units, two universal units, and 10 standard units, all fully handicap accessible and served by two elevators. Constructed with a cementitious panel siding system with concealed fasteners, the building achieved LEED Gold certification and sets a high standard for sustainable, dignified seniors housing.

Delivered through a design-assist model, the project was fast-tracked to meet BC Housing's tight timeline, with construction completed within 12 months. Little Mountain reflects Urban One's ability to deliver purpose-built seniors housing on schedule without compromising on quality, accessibility, or long-term performance.
