618 Carnarvon is a 35-storey residential tower in the heart of historic New Westminster, delivering 262 homes across a mix of studios, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, 13 townhouses, and two penthouses ranging up to 2,800 square feet. Three ground-floor commercial storefronts animate the podium at the corner of Sixth and Carnarvon, while more than 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space sets the building apart. Residents have access to three courtyard levels, a community garden, a play area, an outdoor lounge with fireplace, a gym, social lounge, guest suite, dog-wash station, and on-site car-sharing, all with stunning panoramic views over New Westminster.

Completed in 2023, the project required careful coordination across a 35-storey tower, five levels of below-grade parking, townhouse construction, and a richly programmed amenity package delivered to a high standard throughout.
