Shared amenities across both buildings include a fitness centre, yoga studio, resident lounges, a gourmet community kitchen, rooftop terraces, outdoor play areas, and a pet run.

The dual-building program, combining a concrete high-rise with a wood-frame low-rise and a substantial medical tenant component, requires precise coordination across distinct structural systems, occupancy types, and user groups.
